Inspiration
Rogue is my favorite X-girl – she’s headstrong and a little immature – but unlike Jubilee, she can actually do some damage. I grew up with these comics, and even diligently copied pictures of her and her stats on her trading cards. I was a nerd. Actually, I’m still a nerd because I kept my drawings from when I was 12 years old.

Construction
This costume had been on my to-do list, but a friend beat me to it and gave it to me as a surprise. I made all the accessories. The wig is actually 2 wigs sewn together. I couldn’t find a red wig in time and ended up dying a brown one. I love the huge, 80′s country singer hair. It totally makes this costume for me!
